Biography
I grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from Walnut Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. I have been a practicing attorney in Cincinnati for over 35 years. At this time, my practice is concentrated in the areas of Family Law and representing people who have been injured in car, motor vehicle and truck crashes.
If you have any family law problem - divorce, dissolution, child custody dispute, or related issue such as spousal support (alimony) or division of property or debts - or a post decree problem - call me if you want to talk with an attorney who is not only highly competent and experienced, but also understanding and sympathetic.
I am a strong advocate of the Collaborative Process for resolving family law problems, and I have been an active member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals for 13 years. In my experience, if both spouses hire attorneys with significant training and experience in resolving cases through the Collaborative Process, in many cases this will be the best way for the spouses to proceed to work out the various issues that need to be resolved when a marriage is ending. Nevertheless, I do recognize and understand however, that there are some situations where a more aggressive and positional process is required. I have the experience and skill to represent my clients in those situations as well.
