Edward C. Ahlers

Mr. Ahlers was amazing! He was sympathetic of my situation and it showed through his work. He worked tirelessly for me and made me feel as if I was his only client (knowing that I was not his only one). He valued my knowledge about my situation and included me on every decision that needed to be made.... Mr. Ahlers was also extremely communicative, providing me with accurate detailed information about what he was working on and what was (possibly) "coming down the pike." Additionally, he "crossed every t and dotted every i" when we finalized our case, meaning that he didn't just end our relationship once our legal matters were over. He made sure that everything was in its proper place before we said our final "good byes." I would recommend Mr. Ed Ahlers to anyone who is in need of an outstanding attorney to assist them with navigating the legal process.

My particular reason for using Ed Ahlers was for a Social Security Disability claim. I will start by saying that Ed is strides above any professional that I have worked with. From my first phone call with Ed, he was so impressive for not only his knowledge of the process but how much he truly cared. ...I don’t think the man ever stops working! A good bit of my communication was email and it seemed that no matter when I emailed him, he responded. I did not have to call him or email him twice, he always was back to me very quickly and many times with extreme detail. From my first initial call with Ed he made me feel like a babe in mama’s arms. I knew that I made the right decision going with Ed to represent me. He was so detailed, so precise in the information sent to the hearing judge that the judge made the ‘YES” decision the day before the hearing, so the hearing was not needed and canceled. I truly feel that Ed went above and beyond for me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to go through the Social Security Disability process.

We were referred to Edward C Ahlers from our family estate attorney. My wife's disability case involved a form of Epilepsy that is near impossible to control. After being denied on our own twice for disability coverage, we went and met with Ed. Ed was very up front that our situation was very hard t...o prove, but he was willing to take on our case. He stated he would appeal a case and if the situation required and he felt it was necessary, he could and would sue Social Security to get my wife the results he felt she was due. This was thye fighting pit bull we wanted on our side. After being again denied with the help of Ed Ahlers, we appealed the case. We won on appeal. After 4 1/2 years from start to finish, my wife is finally enjoying the benefits of Ed's hard work , happy with her monthly benefit, and Medicare coverage. Not to mention the 5 1/2 years worth of back pay that allowed us to pull ourselves out of near bankruptcy. I am forever thankful we were referred to such a competent and hard working attorney.

I am so grateful to have found Mr. Ahlers to represent me in my SSDI case. I can say with a high degree of certainty that my case would not have been approved if not for him. My case was not without difficulty and definitely had its challenges, but Mr. Ahlers consistently worked tirelessly and remain...ed driven to meet all of those challenges head on. I found him to be very honest, thorough, organized, meticulous and committed while being caring and compassionate at the same time. He always kept me informed and often allayed my anxiety and fears about the process. Choosing Mr. Ahlers to represent me in my disability case was one the best decisions I could have made. Not only did he expertly argue my case (and win) but he was very kind and understanding of my unusual circumstances. He was active and interested in my case and made sure I had everything I needed ...when I had my hearing. After I was approved he continued to keep in contact as I waited for my benefits and kept working to make sure I was getting paid the right amount. I can't recommend Mr. Ahlers enough. Without him I don't think I would have been approved. I'm probably much younger than most of his clients but he always treated me seriously and with respect while doing the best for my case. 10/10 would recommend.
