Finding out that I would have to permanently leave the workforce due to my disability was one of the hardest things I had to go through in my life. As the claim progressed through all the phases, he was extremely thorough and detail oriented. He always spent the time to talk with me and he emailed me regularly with updates on my claim. I also worked closely with Barb, his paralegal who was amazing! She was very patient with all my questions and timely with responses in following up. Not only was my disability claim approved on the first try, but Ed Ahlers has helped understand what to expect after the approval. He has answered all the questions that I had and given me a lot of great suggestions as well.
