Unlawful sexual contact with minor

I was charged with u lawful sexual contact with a minor, I went seeking legal advice from several lawyers until I came to Adam Bleile he explained his plan and how he deals with a multitude of cases like this. I trusted him and choose him as my representation. Adam was always available to answer my q...uestions, calls, texts, ect. He went out of his way in court several times to go after the prosecutor For attempting to label me as a monster or some kind of criminal. He went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make sure I understood everything going on kept me updated through every step and procedure. After almost 2 years I was offered a couple plea deals to which one I was going to take. But Adam came through for me once again. He motioned for dismissal of the case and won. Today I got a call from him telling me this and I could have done a back flip from the excitement I thought my life was over, contemplated suicide, prayed every single day for it to just be over and to have my old life back and now, thanks to Adam. I can do that. Thanks for everything Adam !

Review for Mr. Adam Bleile

I was represented by Mr. Bleile in a case involving my Dog Rescue Organization. I must mention that Mr. Bleile is professional, well versed in trial proceedings and has a flexible schedule. I appreciated the following professional characteristics that Mr. Bleile displayed during my canine rescue or...ganization trial: 1) diligent-he frequently referenced Clermont County Animal Shelter/Rescue code 956.10c during my case; 2) resourceful-he advised me of the appropriate process to register my canine companions; and, 3) just- he held the Clermont County Police and Clermont County Shelter for Animals to the “letter of the law”. Mr. Bleile clearly identified the subject matter before the State of Ohio regarding my case: the lack of evidence that the Clermont County Police and the Clermont County Animal Shelter had against me. Also, Mr. Adam Bleile presented to the Clermont County Court the lack of ability that law enforcement had to enforce the Ohio Revised Code appropriately in my case. Moreover, he demonstrated the lack of clarity found within the current Ohio Revised Code in regards to canine registration. He stated during the trial: “the County has no proof to show that any of the canines found on the Defendant’s property inhabits his place of residence”. The judge ultimately dismissed the entire case thanks to the efforts of Mr. Bleile. Furthermore, Mr. Bleile is a part of a firm that has dedicated attorneys that are available for legal advice or for various attorney referrals. I have been helped by the Bleile and Dawson firm on a previous occasion for a serious matter concerning false accusations. Mr. Bleile and his firm displayed a non-judgmental approach in dealing with the false accusations concerning me. Therefore, I highly recommend Adam Bleile and his firm Bleile and Dawson.

Mr. Bleile represented me for over a year. He made one bad decision and legal move after another. He used other lawyers to do most of the work and bilked me out of 1000s. I was sent to prison and now he won't even return my phone calls. Large amounts of confiscated property are unaccounted for and no... one will help. I am currently in the process of official complaint with the Ohio state bar and the discipline board. Be very careful with this lawyer. He's a bad choice.

This review is tough to respond to as I have no idea who this person is. I have never represented an "Andy" (two Andrews but they did not write this review). This situation does not sound familiar in the slightest. However, I will do my best to address the issues. We handle all cases as a team. There are a minimum of two lawyers assigned to each case. There are times I will take lead and other times one of my partners will take lead. It is a strategy we always use and keep the client informed of the strategy at all times. I have never had a client complain about this approach until now. If there is a problem with this approach, I would correct it. However, it is a very successful strategy and I cannot change it based on an anonymous and unknown grievant/grievance. As to returning prison phone calls, this is sometimes tough as there needs to be an account set up with the prison. Each prison has a different account. Also, accounts terminate after a period of non-use. I am happy to take a call from prison but I ask for it to be pre-arranged so I am available for the phone call. I do not have the ability to just call the prison and ask for the client. This is beyond my control. I am happy to accept a call from prison as often my job is not complete (or even started in some cases) when a client is incarcerated. If there is a client's property that is unaccounted for, I am happy to pursue this property. I do not find it acceptable for the government to keep my client's property outside of legal channels. However, I cannot get returned illegal property or evidence of crimes. "Andy" stated no one will help. I will help immediately if contact is made with my office. I just cannot make something right based on vague allegations. I have waited for a complaint from the bar association since this posting. I would receive a copy of the complaint the same day it is filed. I have waited to find out the actual situation which is being complained of. No complaint has been filed so it is impossible to properly defend myself. I am not perfect and I believe if I made a mistake I should own up to it and do all possible to correct it. I would do the same here if given the opportunity. I am just completely lost on this situation. I am still happy to help this person if given the opportunity.

False allegations

I had someone make false and embarrassing allegations against me. It made me so angry but it seemed like all the police and prosecutor just accepted everything she said as true when it was not. I first called Adam at night expecting to leave a voicemail but he actually answered the phone. He was i...n a public place, I think a restaurant, but he went someplace where he could talk to me. We spoke for about 45 minutes. I could not believe he stopped his dinner to talk with me about my issue and he never rushed me off the phone. He stopped everything and listened to the whole story. I was quite impressed. I could tell Adam has handled several cases like mine before as he immediately had a game plan. He started implementing his game plan the next morning. In the end the police got out of my life and no charges were filed. It was stressful but Adam was always one step ahead. He made it go away and I am still impressed. If you are in trouble, hire Adam.

Legal issue

Wanted to write this review to say thanks to Adam. He listened to me from the very beginning of my case and always kept me informed. He never pressured me into anything. He gave me a sense of control over my life. I could not be happier with the way everything was handled. Adam is a top notch at...torney.
