About Tara
Biography
Tara graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2010 after completing just three years. During her time at the University of Florida, Tara remained on the Dean’s List and, in her final semester, received the highest honor of being named on the President’s List. Tara received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Law School. During her law school career, Tara was actively involved in the Moot Court Society, wherein she held board positions throughout her membership, and was a teaching assistant for several professors. She received the honor of receiving the highest grade in her Contracts class and her Advance Legal Research class. Additionally, during her second and third year of law school, Tara was a law clerk at Elder Law Associates PA. While taking classes at Nova, Tara realized she had a passion for advocating for elders and took several classes to help her passion come to fruition. Tara took a special interest in nursing home abuse and protecting the rights of elders. During her time in law school, Tara spoke to clinics about the importance of protecting elders, and enlisted law school students to sign up to become Florida Ombudsman volunteers. Tara hopes to continue her advocacy in helping elders protect their rights.

Knowledgeable and compassionate attorney
