I am a lifelong Cincinnatian. I believe our city offers a wonderful environment to raise a family and enjoy life as a single individual. It is the best of both worlds! For over 35 years, I have maintained a very rigorous fitness routine including weightlifting, cycling Krav Maga and boxing. I enjoy spending time with my son while practicing Martial Arts. I consider myself to be a foodie and really enjoy the many fine dining restaurants our City has to offer.

Accident Claim...
Harvey and his staff were excellent. All phone calls and questions were promptly answered. I had complete confidence in them from the beginning. I especially liked the idea that this was a small firm. Harvey obtained for me the maximum settlement; very good job.

My son was involved in a car accident that wasn't his fault, the insurance broker wold not give me the insurance companies info and would help at all. Where is this super lawyer?
I'm currently a client of Mr Richman and have never been contacted by him once in the 4 months he's been on my case. Every time I call, I can only speak to his receptionist. He has never returned ANY of my calls. I don't feel like I'm important to him at all and I regret doing business with him.

Replied last August 22, 2016I take my reputation very seriously. I know that I am in a competitive business, as such, I work hard to ensure all of my clients' claims are properly handled. It is hard to respond to this reviewer because it is anonymous and there are not any specifics, however, I would like to explain a little about how my office works, to maybe clear up some of the confusion that this reviewer seems to have. I employ 3 individuals all of whom are highly trained to help any client that calls my office. None of these individuals are receptionists which would indicate that they are simply here to answer the phone. My team and I work together to ensure that all of my clients' claims are processed in a timely manner. This method has been highly effective and incredibly successful. We work hard to make sure that every client is confident that I am doing my best to settle their claim quickly and fairly. Client trust is not something that I take for granted. Infrequently, despite my best efforts, a client does not understand how my office works or how the settlement process works. I understand how this can lead to feeling "unimportant" as the reviewer stated. If the reviewer would like to call in with more specifics, including a name, I can take that opportunity to further explain the process, as well as provide a specific update on their case.
