From the first contact message, he was upbeat and very sure of a successful outcome. He was always available to answer questions and concerns. From the outset, he took the case in hand and made me feel comfortable knowing that my outcome would be very equitable, and the false charges dismissed. He... accomplished a settled case in under 6 months after investigating for every possible bit of suspected evidence. A previous attorney had been “active” on defending the bogus charges for over 7 months and a much worse outcome was visible and likely. I would therefore highly recommend him when dealing with serious legal issues! My only criticism is that once the initial charges were dismissed, Mr. Munyer’s following up to statements made and performance of total services fell quite short to near zero (for some unknown reason failed to return messages and calls). Overall, he is a very good defense attorney.
