I can't possibly say enough great things about this lawyer, but I will try! I found myself in a predicament where I needed legal expertise, and I couldn't be happier with my choice when I chose to hire Dianna. I've dealt with lawyers before and they really didn't seem to care or listen, it was all ab...out money. That is not the case with Dianna Sudia Smith. She is a very caring person, with a large heart, you can tell that she got into this line of work to do the right thing, and help people. She gets to know you, she listens to your circumstances, she offers different approaches that you may not have ever thought of, and she works with you to lay out a plan of action, but allows you to make the choices. She is not pushy, instead she is very understanding. She is great at communication and allows several different ways to get a hold of her, which was very helpful to me since I am a busy mother of five. Being able to communicate via email, was a wonderful thing for me, with how busy I am carting kids back and forth and dealing with naps and temper tantrums . She always got back to me promptly with all of my questions, and she always took the time to answer me fully, in a way that I could understand without a lot of legal terms. She kept me up to speed with what was going on with my case at all times, I never felt like I was in the dark, and I always knew what to expect next. She is fierce in the court room, she is well prepared and can handle the opposing side with an ease and elegance that leaves them looking stupid. Which I enjoyed very much.
