My son was indicted on 17 counts: 14 felonies and 3 misdemeanors. Included in the counts... was an F2, F3s, F4s, 5 firearm charges each carrying a mandatory 3 year sentence to be served consecutively, sexual battery and sexual imposition, which required being on the registry for 20 years, and the misdemeanors. My son's case turned out the very best it could have turned out. He ended up pleading to two F3s. My son went from 17 charges to 2 charges. His sentence was fair. He received 18 months and is out now on judicial. Linda took charge of the judicial release process and guided my son through it, explaining each step, when he should file, and what he needed to accomplish in prison to be granted release. Also, my son had an arrest warrant from a DUI in Traffic that made no sense. LInda got that recalled in 10 minutes, so that worry is gone. LInda calls to see how my son and I are doing.
