Linda Malek and her team did an amazing job and i would recommend her to anyone. I was charged with a DUI and in a terrible position. Linda was easy to talk to and made me feel confident that she could get a good result. She was honest and communicated with me well. I was obviously intoxicated and di...d not have much hope that I would get a good plea deal. I was able to plea down and did not get an OVI. Also instead of my license being suspended for one year for refusal, I got my license back when I signed my plea deal. I got a better outcome then I could have imagined. Additionally, the courts were closed down because covid-19, but Linda still got me in front of the judge. She made it a virtual meeting and made signing made plea deal very easy. I can honestly say Linda is an exceptional attorney and is a great choice to represent you.

As I don’t wish to reveal my information as anyone could understand an OVI scenario to be extremely embarrassing, I did post anonymously to provide this review. Not only embarrassing was this unfortunate situation but the sheer stress that came with it was terrible and quite frankly exhausting. Th...at being said, I consider myself fortunate to not only receive the full dismissal of my OVI case but more importantly to have partnered with Linda Malek and her firm. Trust me when I say that I had researched, contacted and had spoken with multiple attorneys prior to making my decision to move forward with this partnership. Although I was apprehensive about the financial burden that came with hiring an attorney, I can honestly say that she was the only smart decision I made during this entire process, clearly. If you’re reading this review because you’re unfortunately in the same situation I once was, then you may also be thinking to yourself, “gosh, that’s a lot of money, should I go with another more affordable option?” and my answer would be simple if you’re able. It goes back to the old saying that you truly get what you pay for, and in my opinion this is not one of those times to select the “off brand”. Linda Malek specializes in OVI’s, which was one of the main reasons I chose to partner with her. However, what truly set her apart from every other attorney and what solidified my connection is with which I would like to close my review. She said, “I treat every case like it’s my very first” which spoke wonders. I pictured myself graduating law school, passing the bar exam and taking on my very first case well knowing that I’d need to put in the extra time necessary to do the very best job possible. It meant to me that she cared about my personal situation and wanted to provide me the help that I desperately needed in one of the lowest times of my life.

I was dealing with a very difficult case and was fearing the worst. Linda assured me I would be fine and I didn’t need to worry. She left no stone unturned while looking into my case. The result was better than I could have imagined and I came out on top with two of my charges dropped. She truly c...ares about her clients and is not afraid to fight for them. She is very professional and her staff is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone in need or anyone who thinks all hope is lost. With Linda there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

I hired Linda when I was charged with a high tier DUI (1st offense). I was horrified and needed someone that could effectively help me with this. I consulted with another attorney and after speaking with Linda it was clear she knew her stuff and would fight hard for me. I had submitted to the alco...hol test and blood draw. Through her offices' work and the motions she wrote, she was able to get a reduction to a low tier with low level penalties. What a great job she did for me. I was highly recommend her to others.
