If you get in trouble with a capitol T you should call her and have her represent you. She isn't cheap guys and girls, but she is well worth the cost...believe me. After politely refusing to undergo roadside sobriety tests, I was arrested for OVI and taken to the police station where I then refused the breathalyzer test. At the time, I was not aware that the"automatic" penalty for refusing these tests would be more severe based on the fact that I had a previous... OVI conviction 7 years prior to this. Things did not look good. But things immediately started looking up when I hired Ms. Malek.
