I was so lucky to have been represented by Dale. He made this process a lot easier on me, and settled a lot of my anxiety about the case. I am a 30 year old physician and received my first ever DUI last thanksgiving. Prior to this, I had no criminal history whatsoever. I was very concerned about the impact this would have on my career. I was referred to Dale and after our initial consultation I decided to hire him. We went over my case and he felt I had a good chance of getting my OVI lowered down to physical control. Reasoning behind this is due to the fact that I blew low .12, I cooperated with the cops and I was to take the 72... hr. driver intervention program and come out with a good assessment. I took the class and was given a good assessment, he presented all the info. to the prosecutor who than agreed to the physical control. This was my second offense however my first one was 12 years ago but to get a second offense lowered down is pretty amazing!!
