I am a 30 year old physician and received my first ever DUI last thanksgiving. Prior to this, I had no criminal history whatsoever. I was very concerned about the impact this would have on my career. I received a call from Dale after putting my name on a website seeking a lawyer. From the first conve...rsation with Dale, I knew the guy cared a lot. He promised me he'd do his absolute best to have this charge reduced or dismissed altogether. I put my faith in him and boy did he deliver! I am so happy to say that my OVI was reduced to wreckless driving!!! An outcome I had prayed for from the beginning and an outcome that I believe would not be possible were it not for Dale, especially given the details of my case (it wasn't pretty). I could not recommend Dale enough. His price is fair, his intentions are pure, and his skill is unparalleled! Dale literally saved my life! Thank you Dale!!!

My husband and I knew that we would need a good Attourney when our case came about. It was with child services. They can operate independently of normal laws so it is really more of a guilty until proven innocent kind of deal. We hired Dale because he had great reviews and it turned out he was our sa...ving grace. He really advocated for us and really made the prosecutors backtrack and think. He is very easy to talk to and has had lots of experience over the years. I would definitely recommend giving him a call if you find yourself in a situation that warrants legal advice and or representation. You certainly would not want to find yourself opposing him as he knows what he is doing!!!

Getting charged for OVI in Ohio is never a fun experience. When you are in this situation, the number one thing you need is a friend who will fight for you and that is exactly what Dale did for me. I was in a situation where I had a prior within the 20 year lookback period. Dale did an excellent j...ob of building a compelling enough case that he was able to take the charge all the way down to a physical control charge (no points on your license, no suspension). I had never met Dale before, but I am grateful it was him whom I retained. He is a true professional who will listen to you, who will due his due diligence for you, and put you in the best positon to reduce or eliminate whatever you have been charged with.

From the moment Dale answered my call on a Sunday afternoon (the day after my arrest), my panic began to subside. This was my first OVI, and I was incredibly distressed. Blowing twice the legal limit, I knew penalties would be severe, but knew nothing about the legal process involved. In this initial... conversation (and each one thereafter), Dale assured me that I had no need to worry- he would take care of everything. Even though I was drowning in a sea of fear and anxiety, his calming presence paired with an excellent knowledge of the law, brought me to a more positive place. Incredibly, because of Dale's intricate knowledge of OVI laws and forms, my automatic license suspension was waived, as the form used by the arresting officer was outdated. It was during our initial conversation that these investigative questions were asked, and I was impressed by his familiarity of the local principality and its court. It is important to hire an attorney who's friendly to the array of courts (conservative-liberal) in NE Ohio, and Dale is. After our first pre-trial Dale recommended I do the mandatory 72 hour driver's intervention course to be proactive in the eyes of the court. I was certainly not looking forward to spending three days locked up in a hotel, listening to someone drone on about the evils of alcohol and obeying traffic laws. I followed Dale's recommendation to attend State Professional Services program (there are many choices), and the weekend was incredible on so many levels. Its something I would do again, by choice…truly! All in all, I consider Dale to be nothing short of a miracle worker. I was stopped by the arresting officer at 2:30am because my car had one taillight out,no moving violation whatsoever. Dale's steadfast pursuit resulted in a plea bargain in which the OVI was dropped (operating a vehicle with only one functioning taillight is legal in Ohio!), and there are no points on my license. Last but not least, Dale's assistant, Connie, keeps this smooth running legal machine in perfect service. I am forever grateful.
