When I first called Dale, I was distraught after making a poor decision and finding myself with an OVI charge as well as other traffic charges on top of the OVI. I was charged with an OVI, resisting arrest, and fleeing from an officer (the last two charges were wrong given the circumstances). I contacted Dale after seeing a lot of positive reviews about him, and decided to hire him after he spent 30 minutes on the initial phone call with me, while other attor...neys only talked to me for 5-10 minutes. Dale was amazing! It was my birthday weekend and I had gotten into really bad situation and was facing a DUI, a speeding ticket and was accused of running a red light. All together, this could have put 10 points on my license. Dale fought for me, saving me from getting any points and saved me from a ...possible DUI. I couldn't be more grateful.

This was my first experience having to go thru something like this. I found Dale thru merely Googling the best DUI attorneys in Cleveland, OH. His name popped right up. I sent an email and within a couple of hours he called and then texted me. He was very patient with all of my questions and concerns... (and I had lots) and put my mind at ease and that was even before I had retained him as an attorney. Once I retained him, he again was very patient and reassuring. The morning of my pre-trial hearing, an attorney from Dale's office,, Joe Grandinetti, was my actual attorney. I have to say he was just as patient and reassuring as Dale had been. I had originally been charged with a DUI (I was just barely over the legal limit), failure to use a turn signal, and I believe there was another charge, although I'm not sure as it sounded like part of the DUI. The prosecutor and Joe came to an agreement that as long as I paid the fee for the charge of physical control of vehicle (which is a misdemeanor and NO points, but was a $1000) I wouldn't have my license suspended, no jail or classes, no DUI on my record, and no charge for the turn signal. Which I'm SURE would have all costs me a WHOLE lot more. I'm even able to make payments on the court fees and the charge as well. Joe told me that was pretty unheard of, so to say I was beyond thankful is putting it lightly. I would highly recommend Dale if you find yourself in need of DUI attorney. I'm SO glad I found him and can't thank him enough for making a stressful situation a bit less stressful.
