Dale is the BEST lawyer if you’re dealing with a legal problem in the Parma court system! His staff is top notch and friendly. I was facing 2nd ovi, and 2 other moving violations. When I first called Dale, I was distraught after making a poor decision and finding myself with an OVI charge as well as other traffic charges on top of the OVI. Never having any type of criminal history, I had no idea what to do and I called him after a google search. I am so very thankful that I di...d. Dale is an excellent lawyer and i would recommend him to anybody. I hired Dale for my case after firing another lawyer i felt was not experienced enough to handle my case. Dale informed me right away his experience and what he would be able to do for me. Dale was amazing! It was my birthday weekend and I had gotten into really bad situation and was facing a DUI, a speeding ticket and was accused of running a red light. All together, this could have put 10 points on my license. Dale fought for me, saving me from getting any points and saved me from a ...possible DUI. I couldn't be more grateful.

Getting pulled over is a very humbling experience. I was very overwhelmed by the entire experience and felt that the reputation I had upheld my entire 36 years of existence was on the line. One my initial call to the office, I was introduced to Connie who helped to keep me sane and essentially 'tal...ked me off the ledge'. She was so calming and explained the entire process to me so that there were no surprises and when I met Dale, he did the same Dale is extremely knowledgeable and make sure that you are as well. He was available 24 hours a day every day and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. He fought extremely hard for me and never once questioned my position.
