Dale was understanding, none judgmental and straight to the point. He was direct, matter of fact and empathetic all at the same time.Dale knows the Parma courts and judges. Dale did exactly what he said by getting ovi reduced to physical control. Refusal to submit to sobriety test caused an automatic administrative suspension. Dale also got that removed and driving privileges re-instated that day at court appearance. His paralegal Denise communicated quickly and followe...d through and promises to do so by making sure the Bmv receives reinstatement from court. Amazing to say the least.

This was my first experience having to go thru something like this. I found Dale thru merely Googling the best DUI attorneys in Cleveland, OH. His name popped right up. I sent an email and within a couple of hours he called and then texted me. He was very patient with all of my questions and concerns... (and I had lots) and put my mind at ease and that was even before I had retained him as an attorney. Once I retained him, he again was very patient and reassuring. The morning of my pre-trial hearing, an attorney from Dale's office,, Joe Grandinetti, was my actual attorney. I have to say he was just as patient and reassuring as Dale had been. I had originally been charged with a DUI (I was just barely over the legal limit), failure to use a turn signal, and I believe there was another charge, although I'm not sure as it sounded like part of the DUI. The prosecutor and Joe came to an agreement that as long as I paid the fee for the charge of physical control of vehicle (which is a misdemeanor and NO points, but was a $1000) I wouldn't have my license suspended, no jail or classes, no DUI on my record, and no charge for the turn signal. Which I'm SURE would have all costs me a WHOLE lot more. I'm even able to make payments on the court fees and the charge as well. Joe told me that was pretty unheard of, so to say I was beyond thankful is putting it lightly. I would highly recommend Dale if you find yourself in need of DUI attorney. I'm SO glad I found him and can't thank him enough for making a stressful situation a bit less stressful.
