I have devoted my law practice to representing individuals in all manner of workplace disputes, from litigating discrimination and retaliation cases, to filing agency charges, to negotiating severance arrangements. I am also one of few lawyers in Northeast Ohio with experience and expertise in unemployment compensation law.
In addition to my law practice, I also do independent workplace investigations and I have a workplace coaching practice, where I work with individuals who have performance or behavioral issues in the workplace, assisting them to contribute more effectively in all aspects of their work, focusing primarily on communication skills and social + emotional intelligence. I participated in the Coach Training Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
This blend of lawyering and coaching gives me a unique perspective on workplace issues and disputes, and allows me to work with clients in a way that is relational, empathetic, and client-centered.
