Very satisfied

Mr Neel was great! He was a huge help in getting all my back pay owed by a previous employer. He's very knowledgable and easy to get along with. It did take a while to get the case going, but that was more on the court's end and not his. Once the case got under way though, things went quickly. And wi...thout the need to appear in court, so I didn't need to miss any work. I'm very happy with his service.

Highly Recommended

Dave did a great job when he represented me. My case took several years, and he stuck by me throughout the entire case. Dave worked with me on preparing strategies and kept me informed as to everything that was taking place. It was not like working with an lawyer, but more of a business partner. ...Dave is very understanding of the law and how the legal system works. I would use Dave again and recommend him very highly.

Great cross-examination

I retained Mr. David Neel a few years ago in a civil matter. Mr. Neel aggressively requested and obtained evidence to help build my case. Mr. Neel's biggest asset is his cross-examination where he will get the facts out of a deceptive witness. He also utilizes a well rehearsed rapid-fire questioning ...technique in cross-examination. It was a long road to get my day in court. When the day came he was well prepared and kept the defendant on their heels. I would recommend David to friends and family.

Excellent attorney
