I am presently not taking private litigation matters as I am taking a role on the board of directors of a defense contracting company as Chief Legal Officer and member on the board. I anticipate being fully in corporate law by the spring of 2027.
I successfully represented clients in Ohio [and elsewhere] for approximately 8 years. I have done numerous cases in Ohio, several in Michigan, and more than a few in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania [via Pro Hac Vice applications]. I primarily focused on consumer rights and plaintiff's civil litigation but I have also handled civil defense, criminal defense, and family law matters.
I passed the Ohio bar exam on my first attempt with a score in the 95th percentile on the MBE (top 5% in the state on the multiple choice component) and the 84th percentile overall (top 16% in the state overall). Immediately after passing the Ohio bar exam I went on to take the Michigan bar exam and passed on my first attempt.
Seasoned attorneys often contact me to consult on matters of civil procedure, pre-trial motion practice, general strategy, or consumer protection statutes.
On a personal note I enjoy Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, kick-boxing, shooting [specifically long-range precision rifle shooting and pistol combatives], philosophy [I am a classical Platonist], theology [I am a Christian], politics, history, hiking, biking, traveling, orchestra, and theater.
I have also been published in regards to having two philosophy papers published by the University of Oxford; Consciousness as Ontological Being and Phenomenological Becoming: Toward a Theory of Consciousness as an Abstract Universal. Oxford Philosophical Society Annual Review (2025) and The Ontology of Language and the Impossibility of Artificial Consciousness. Oxford Philosophical Society Annual Review (2025). My philosophical interests include metaphysics, ontology, epistemology, philosophy of mind, philosophy of language, political philosophy, philosophy of law, and ethics.

Consumer case
Mr Reo was very productive with my consumer case purchased a vehicle that basically was a lemon from the start took the vehicle back with in the three days I purchased it the owner kept giving me the run around that the car was not leaking oil and smoking meet with attorney reo in August 2018 ...
"I just finished reading not a "good" but instead a fantastic answer of Mr. Reo on Avvo. Not only was it accurate and full of analysis, but it was also customized to the needs of the Avvo asker. These are exactly the qualities that every client would look for when hiring an attorney."
"I endorse Bryan for your litigation needs. He has the highest level of professionalism and commitment to his clients, and his track record of success speaks volumes."
"I endorse this lawyer. Bryan is an excellent attorney with exemplary skills and ethics. Barry Fayne"
"Mr. Reo is a great trial attorney. I had the distinct pleasure of seeing his legal expertise in action and I would not hesitate to recommend this lawyer to any client in need."
"From the time that he was in law school, Bryan demonstrated a level of familiarity and competence in the area of consumer protection law which far exceeded that of attorneys that had been licensed for 20 years are more. He is certainly the lawyer to call in Ohio on issues concerning the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and consumer protection matters."
"I enthusiastically endorse Attorney Bryan Reo. He previously clerked for my law firm, and he was always aggressive and creative in helping clients with their legal problems. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of consumer rights laws and is eager to litigate cases. The courtroom is Reo's battlefield. If you go to war, you'll want him at your side."
