I was charged with aggravated menacing a felony 5 against National Youth advocacy ,Columbus Ohio and telephone communication harassment against Nationwide Children's Hospital, I am in the process of suing Nationwide children Franklin County CPS National Youth advocacy for illegally taking my son and ...they lied on me to try to put charges on me to try to put me in jail so they can terminate my rights so I cannot sue the state for taking my son and abuse and neglect that he has sustained while in state custody of Columbus Ohio I spoken with this attorney Mr. Joe a few weeks ago and he told me his retainer fee which was very reasonable to deal with the state and what I'm dealing with he is an excellent professional attorney good prices his track record speaks for itself he's beat many cases in court murder convictions ect.I am retaining Mr.Joe, tomorrow to represent me against my cases against the state..

Joe Landusky had more than enough time and evidence to prove my innocence. Instead he allowed continuances to take place without any effort to interview witnesses, police officers, detectives to prove my innocence. Given the nature of the charge, statements, evidence provided to the grand jury- this ...was a case that could have been beaten with strategic planning and research due to the elements of the crime I was charged with. I honestly feel that Joe takes on too many cases and cannot handle the workload- his staff has poor management and he does not act with integrity when his back is against the wall. Although I may not be a satisfied client, I will say that Joe is great at getting deals that will prevent you from doing jail time if you are qualified.

I have been a resident of Columbus, Ohio, for 57 years and I have been knowing Joe for at least 20 years. I first met him when I needed him for my OVI cases, an NO I did not win them, I was Guilty, but Joe was able to work with the prosecutors to get reduced sentences. Sometimes when you do the crime... you must do the time. But sence I have referred many people to him and I personally know of three (3) cases when people was charged with murder and was aquitted. I know of a young couple who had a problem son (8 yeas old) where the legal system tried to label him and Joe stepped in and got that case resolved favorable to the family. I know of a current case where my friend was charged with 3 Felony Counts and was placed on a million dollar bond and he had a public defender that could not get the bond reduced we all got together and Hired Joe and the bond was reduced to 50k and we were able to bond him out. He is currently out on bond and working and paying Joe himself. The outcome is still pending but we are confident that he will be getting a fair deal now.
