I was charged with aggravated menacing a felony 5 against National Youth advocacy ,Columbus Ohio and telephone communication harassment against Nationwide Children's Hospital, I am in the process of suing Nationwide children Franklin County CPS National Youth advocacy for illegally taking my son and ...they lied on me to try to put charges on me to try to put me in jail so they can terminate my rights so I cannot sue the state for taking my son and abuse and neglect that he has sustained while in state custody of Columbus Ohio I spoken with this attorney Mr. Joe a few weeks ago and he told me his retainer fee which was very reasonable to deal with the state and what I'm dealing with he is an excellent professional attorney good prices his track record speaks for itself he's beat many cases in court murder convictions ect.I am retaining Mr.Joe, tomorrow to represent me against my cases against the state..

Joe Landusky had more than enough time and evidence to prove my innocence. Instead he allowed continuances to take place without any effort to interview witnesses, police officers, detectives to prove my innocence. Given the nature of the charge, statements, evidence provided to the grand jury- this ...was a case that could have been beaten with strategic planning and research due to the elements of the crime I was charged with. I honestly feel that Joe takes on too many cases and cannot handle the workload- his staff has poor management and he does not act with integrity when his back is against the wall. Although I may not be a satisfied client, I will say that Joe is great at getting deals that will prevent you from doing jail time if you are qualified.

He got hired to defend not to corner his client and scare him and make him take a plea deal of guilty after we paid him in full We really thought his was a caring understanding man but it was all an act beware of this man maybe he just picks and chooses cases he wants to win or try to but for us he d...idn't even try. Disappointing!

Legal paperwork for case was not filed promptly, causing major financial loss to client. He was quick to make promises and take money but never followed through on any of the promises made to client (having personal property returned, lessening sentence). Discussed case with other parties who had no... direct connection with the client's case. Would not recommend in any case.
