Joseph Richard Landusky II

He got hired to defend not to corner his client and scare him and make him take a plea deal of guilty after we paid him in full We really thought his was a caring understanding man but it was all an act beware of this man maybe he just picks and chooses cases he wants to win or try to but for us he d...idn't even try. Disappointing!

This lawyer is VERY good. He knows how to get good results for his clients and he's worth any fee you have to pay. A family member was put in jail for failing to pay court costs from a previous situation. The court appointed lawyer did nothing and I'm not sure how long the stay in jail would have ...been if we hadn't had Mr. Landusky. We are from out of state and he consulted with us over the phone and helped us immediately. I highly recommend him.

Legal paperwork for case was not filed promptly, causing major financial loss to client. He was quick to make promises and take money but never followed through on any of the promises made to client (having personal property returned, lessening sentence). Discussed case with other parties who had no... direct connection with the client's case. Would not recommend in any case.
