Biography
My practice is limited to three specific areas: DUI/OVI; Criminal Defense; and Personal Injury/Wrongful Death. If the case involves an automobile, than the odds are it is a case that I will litigate whether it is from the DUI Defense perspective or prosecuting a personal injury case involving a motor vehicle crash.
I graduated from OSU in Criminal Justice. I was a private investigator for two years prior to entering law school. After law school, I spent six years as an assistant prosecuting attorney learning the skills necesary to handle complex litigation. Currently I spend approximately 70% of my practice on DUI defense, 20% on criminal defense, and 10% on personal injury/wrongful death cases. I am on the OACDL DUI committee and I am certified in Breath Testing Procedures, ARIDE and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Procedures. I speak annually at various seminars and orginizations. I have co-chaired the OACDL Advanced DUI Seminar.

CASE DISMISSED!!!
Rob held the Officer to the same degree of technical legal standards that the Officer applied in making my traffic stop. The Officer failed the test(s) and my case was dismissed.

Found NOT GUILTY
