Best Attorney!!

Attorney Rudes represented me for an incident in which I refused to take the breathalyzer. Attorney Rudes helped me to plea to Reckless Op 2nd offense. He helped me establish restricted driving privileges for 6 months and I attended the DIP program which was also court ordered. Upon the end of my 6 month license suspension I realized there was still an ALS against my drivers license that required a $475 payment. Both Attorney Rudes and I did not feel that was correct . Attorney Rudes took this matter before the Judge and he agreed with Attorney Rudes despite the prosecutor’s objections. I know have my driving privileges back and I can’t thank Attorney Rudes enough!

As an owner/operator of my business as a truckdriver, I found myself in a situation that eventually put me near bankruptcy and a record on my license. I was out of work for many months and was going to give up my fight when I met Terrence. I met him after hearing him speak and all is history from there. I would NOT be where I am today, if it weren't for Terrence! I can honestly say that he went well above and beyond any expectations! (At the point of our meeting, I was ready to give up). The message I received from my previous lawyer was, the case is closed and the results were what they were. Terrence saw the mistakes when I showed him my ruling and the records I had from the previous lawyer, and his words were "I'm not guaranteeing anything, but I will look into it and get back with you." That set the road to my returning to my truck and my record being fixed when I thought my business and my trucking days were over and done. Terrence was truly a blessing, when we met and I would recommend him and his talent to anyone! As a lawyer, he has an empathetic side, which my previous lawyer did not. His ability to work with you on a personal level is unmatched from other lawyers. Terrence is not a lawyer, he is an angel! I can go on and on, but there really aren't enough words to express my gratitude and Terrence will never know the extent of how he changed my life and saved my business! He is a wonderful man, and an EXCELLENT lawyer! To those who may think this is too good to be true, its the truth! I will be forever thankful that our paths met. If you do not have Terrence as your lawyer, you have the wrong lawyer! Thank you Terrence!

Incredible Attorney

Let me just start by saying that Terry is a true professional, down to earth and honest. I am a professional in the transportation industry and am required to travel worldwide for my job. I was faced with the risk of losing my career after being pulled over for OVI, Terry came highly recommended and I soon became aware that his knowledge of DUI law in Ohio is unmatched. He is in my opinion one of the best attorneys in Ohio and I am thankful that I was lucky enough to have him representing me. I would recommend that he be at the top of anyone's list when looking for representation in the Port Clinton/Ottawa county area.

Mr. Rudes was very knowledgeable of the DUI laws in ohio. He was able to help guide me through the whole process of my case. He was very attentive and always kept me in the loop. He was able to work with the prosecutor to achieve the best possible outcome for my case. THE BEST

Worth every dollar! Highly recommended

Where do I begin?... Well, I will start off by saying Terry is a down to earth man who really knows his stuff which is exactly what you need in a lawyer! He really went above and beyond to help me with my unique case. I was charged with an OVI and violation of probation. However, I really wasn't drinking and driving. It's a long story, so to sum it up, he listened to what I had to say and fought for me. I work in the medical field and could lose my medical license by getting in trouble with the law. He understood how detrimental this was to me and to my career. The outcome of my case was that the OVI charge was dismissed and community service for the probation violation. I could not have asked for a better outcome!! He cost more than other lawyers, and is worth every extra dollar. It is true that you get what you pay for! I would highly recommend him! I'll forever be grateful for the impact he had in my life. He seemed genuine as well, and talked to me about issues in my life that led up to this incident, and gave me "fatherly" advice. Simply Awesome

I was charged for an OVI in the small municipality of Oregon. I initially hired a family friend, who primarily practices criminal law. This being a 1st offense, my expectations we to be offered a lesser plea. My initial counselor was not able to convince the prosecutor to offer such plea. He suggested that we schedule a jury trial and proceed down that route. While my initial counselor bought me some time, I did a bunch of research with some other friends in the legal field. They discussed my case among themselves and met with me for details. They then referred me to Mr. Rudes. After a lengthy phone call and completing his questionnaire, he offered to represent me. Mr Rudes asked me tons of questions and provided an incredible amount of information. He shared every detail of the process and what I should expect. He also prepared me for the worst case results. We met at court a few days later and we had postpone the pretrial due to some paperwork mix-up in the court. We met again a week later at court to see if we needed a trial. He met with the prosecutor, and whatever conversation they had, he returned with a greatly lessened plea, much reduced punishment, and managed to reduce my suspension from 1 year to 6 months. This seemed extremely unlikely but he pulled it off. I could not be happier with Mr. Rudes. He is an honest, attentive, available, and responsive professional. He knows his craft inside and out and developed a strategy in preparation for the worst. He carries himself with confidence but not arrogance. I would hire him again without hesitation.

THE BEST ATTORNEY I KNOW!!!

Worth every penny!!!!! Excellence

I was faced with a 4th ovi. I wreaked my car and was injured in the accident. They took blood at the hospital. It was a very hi bac. The courts waited 3 months until I was healed up before they even let me know I was going to be tried for the wreck and ovi. The tickets and court summons came in the mail. No one would take my case, but two separate attorneys recommend Mr. Rudes they said he was the best. They didn't lie!!! I never had to step before a judge or even enter a courtroom. Mr. Rudes did it all...the blood test was no match for him, it was thrown out. I walked away with less than 200 in fines and just a failure to maintain control, and no probation or license lose! I would recommend him to anyone that's in a looks like a know way out situation. He can help!!

Terrence Rudes Review

I hired Terry to represent me as I was charged with OUI and reckless operation of a watercraft. Long story short, Attorney Rudes got the case dismissed. This was better than I hoped for. Terry Rudes - An Excellent Attorney

Mr. Rudes presented himself very professionally, very capably, and very confidently from our first phone conversation to our last. He gave me clear direction on what he needed from me, what I should expect from the Court and the process I was involved in, and he did an excellent job of gathering as many facts as quickly as he could to assist me with my case. He asked me lots of detailed questions to be sure he had a complete and accurate history of what happened in my case to be sure I was treated legally and fairly. The outcome he won in my case was a miracle! I believe Terry Rudes is an excellent attorney and has established himself as an excellent practitioner with opposing attorneys, the Courts, and with the clients he very capably represents.
