Mr. Fessler was recommended by a family friend when my brother unexpectedly passed away without a Will. He and his staff made an incredibly difficult and overwhelming time for me as easy as humanly possible. Our family had to deal with a sudden, unexpected loss of a loved one, and were just as suddenly faced with dealing with managing her estate. Dave not only led us through every inch of the paperwork and planning required, he provided helpful advice in areas we knew little about, and did so in a very c...aring, respectful way to the entire family. At the outset, I was concerned, having never dealt with managing an estate, but the entire process couldn't have been easier thanks to Dave. As Coffman’s Realty was representing an out of state owner on the sale of Real Estate, the title company brought to our attention the papers that were filed on behalf of the seller in their state were not valid in the state of Kentucky. They were unable to appear in court in Kentucky. I called the... law firm of Fessler, Schneider & Grimme to ask what the options were.
