Our family had to deal with a sudden, unexpected loss of a loved one, and were just as suddenly faced with dealing with managing her estate. Dave not only led us through every inch of the paperwork and planning required, he provided helpful advice in areas we knew little about, and did so in a very c...aring, respectful way to the entire family. At the outset, I was concerned, having never dealt with managing an estate, but the entire process couldn't have been easier thanks to Dave. Any questions (and there were plenty), and he was always available, responded quickly, and walked us through every step of the process. Nobody wants to go through something like dealing with a family death, but it was nice to know we had Dave by our side to help get through it.

Dave has really stepped up the case that I am involved in from an auto accident. He has been in contact with the other insurance agency as well as the Doctors that I have been to. He keeps me updated on the progress and the next steps needed. He has set my mind at ease and told me "Let me worry ab...out the details, you just get better".
