Our family had to deal with a sudden, unexpected loss of a loved one, and were just as suddenly faced with dealing with managing her estate. Dave not only led us through every inch of the paperwork and planning required, he provided helpful advice in areas we knew little about, and did so in a very c...aring, respectful way to the entire family. At the outset, I was concerned, having never dealt with managing an estate, but the entire process couldn't have been easier thanks to Dave. Any questions (and there were plenty), and he was always available, responded quickly, and walked us through every step of the process. Nobody wants to go through something like dealing with a family death, but it was nice to know we had Dave by our side to help get through it.

Last October, I was hit by a drunk driver. Thank God my injuries were not life threatening, but they still took time to heal, medicine, multiple trips to various doctors, and time out of work. Additionally, my car was ruined. I need my car for my work. I was forced to buy a new car before I was re...ady for the expense. I asked David Fessler for help. I asked Dave about collecting money from my dead-beat clients. He was totally straight forward about what he could and could not do, he offered me two or three solutions short of a suit, and followed-up to see if my needs were met. Dave has written power of attorneys, and done other day to day legal... work for me. I am always very happy with the results. While I hope I never need Dave for personal injury case, he would be the one lawyer I would trust. He is totally knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile--private detectives, going to the scene, etc. I have seen his work on personal injury cases and it is effective. Effective is the goal.

David Fessler is respectful, caring, knowledgeable. Dave has always made me feel very comfortable about every legal matter I've brought to the table. I know I can turn everything over to him. He will take control and lead me to the very end and I have complete confidence the job is finished accuratel...y and promptly. I had land I was selling on a Land-contract. He had to dig to collect all the information that was needed to get the land sold. By his preciseness he discovered there were 11 additional acres I had that got lost through the years of deeds. I was able to raise the selling price. He made sure all the documents were in order to protect both parties. He directed me in what was the best way to make the transaction go smoothly and educated me on what all the documents we needed and made sure I understood everything I was signing. I contacted him in Dec 2013 and by April 2014 the land was sold without any hassle or problems. At the time I had another property where I was selling the business on a purchase agreement I owned to a co-worker, she in turn was renting the space. Again he made sure I was completely protected and I understood everything that was involved and all the documents I was signing. He guided me through this process and wanting me to be completely knowledgeable about every detail with this property because of the risk I was taking selling it to the person who does not have a good credit history. I contacted him Oct 2013 and it was closed in Feb 2014. He responded to every email I sent him quickly and always took his time with me. If I didn't understand something he would go over it again and again if he needed to with patience and respect. I now live 4 hours from Dave Fessler but will always have him be my attorney. I respect him that much to drive that far to work with him. We need more attorneys like Dave!!
