Biography
I began practicing law on October 14, 1981. I was in private practice until February 14, 1984 when I joined the law firm of Busald Funk Zevely. I became a partner with the firm in 1986 and have practiced with Busald Funk Zevely since then. I have tried many cases in all courts in Northern Kentucky and therfore have many years of trial experience to assist my clients. I concentrate my practice primarily in family law and criminal law. Additionally, I do estate planning work such as preparing wills, trusts, power of attorneys and living wills.
