I am very grateful for the services Mike provided for me while working on my divorce case. I was referred to Michael McMain by several clients he had represented in criminal cases. I was charged with a felony and multiple misdemeanors charges. The facts of my case were not good. Michael McMain filed a motion to suppress some of the evidence in my case and was successful. Because of his har...d work and his experience, he was able to convince the prosecutor to refer my case to a felony diversion program as opposed to serving time in jail which was the prosecutor's first offer to settle my case.
