Knowledgeable, supportive and efficient!

Nate was fantastic with our case for adoption! Being single and my first adoption he was great at answering my questions! It wasn't easy and he was patient kind and efficient! We had no idea how the adoption process works. We had a very short amount of time to prepare for our baby. Nate was very helpful. He was able to guide us though the process. Which allowed us to bring our baby home from the hospital? He was very kind and understanding of everyone's needs.

Excellent Adoption Attorney

We cannot say enough about the great service we received from Nate throughout our whole adoption process. Honest lawyer.

We hired nate to help us with a birth mother we were dealing with in Indiana. Nate was extremely professional and answered us promptly whenever we texted, called, or emailed. Unfortunately that mother died shortly before she was due to give birth and the adoption was not successful. Nate was very respectful of the situation and was more then generous in renegotiating his fees after such a tragic incident. It was very obvious that he cared far more for us as his clients then he did about the money. In short we found one of the few honest lawyers in America. We would highly recommend him for your adoptive needs.

Adouption

I used nate for my adoption of my son. He was great. Helpful with all the questions I had. He made it very easy and painless. The day we actually went to court was great it was easy goin, fun and he even included my step daughter in the process. I would definitely use him again.

BEST ADOPTION LAWYER

Mr. Leach was our adoption lawyer & He walked us through the whole process from beginning to end. I am beyond happy we got referred to them by a family friend. We adopted a child from the state of Indiana & we lived in another state. He walked us through it all from what is needed to the final hearing. He was available for any questions we had. Highly Recommend Nate

We worked with Nate for our second adoption and I wish we’d worked with him on our first adoption. He made the entire process seamless and communicated any and all updates in a timely manner. He worked with us to finalize our son’s adoption in Indiana, which was required by the state that we adopted our son from. He came highly recommended by everyone we spoke to. Helped us with our miracle

I cannot thank Nate Leach enough. We would not have our son without him. My wife and I were approached about adopting a child that lived in Indiana but we live out of state on the west coast. We called lawyers in our home state who were discouraging—explaining high costs and focusing on how it wouldn't be possible in a timely manner. Next, we turned to some Indiana lawyers and were again told that it would be too difficult and the cost too high. We talked to Nate and the first conversation we had was positive and encouraging. He knows the adoption laws and he quickly had a plan for how we could adopt this sweet child, that would work for our lives and bank account. He was always available to us whenever we had questions or concerns. He took the time to explain the laws and procedures that we needed to follow. We are incredibly grateful for his hard work in helping us adopt our little miracle.

Stop reading and Call Nate

Nate is an amazing adoption attorney. We finalized both of our daughter's adoptions (2020, 2022) with the help of Nate and his firm. He was very responsive, very efficient, very accurate, and never too busy for us. We even live out of state, and that posed no issues to working with Nate. He was so great! I would wholeheartedly recommend Nate for any future adoption questions or needs.

Nate Did a wonderful job.

Nate handled the adoption of our 14-year-old daughter with professionalism and was always there when we had questions. Our situation was unique, in that the people that adopted our daughter 4 years earlier did not want her anymore. Nate handled everything necessary to dissolve that relationship, worked quickly to help us get the child removed from the home, get legal guardianship, negotiate the subsidy and take us through to the final adoption. Nate's experience really shown through in each situation. We would definitely use him again if the need arose
