During my legal process, I was shopping around for different lawyers. I began my search online looking at profiles, resumés, and career highlights. My first choice was Lisa, followed by two others. The next morning I went to Lisa's office to briefly talk and schedule an appointment. She was not there... but I left my contact information. From there I contacted the other lawyers on my list. I received a call from one, had a meeting the same day, and was almost set to hire them as my lawyer. During the meeting, Lisa called my phone and I decided to contact her directly after the meeting with the other lawyer. She answered the phone immediately, gave her opinion of the case immediately, and offered to meet with me ASAP. When I arrived at her office minutes later, Lisa was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and reassuring. She began working on my case without asking for a retainer. Something as little as calling the officer in charge of the case, another lawyer wanted thousands of dollars, not Lisa. When it came time to paying for a retainer it was a lot cheaper by far. Lisa contacted me when she received information on the case immediately. If I had any questions I could contact her by phone or e-mail, and she would reply in a very reasonable amount of time. She would also build a rapport with me, asking about different things going on in my life and would make small talk. While this may not be important to some; I viewed it as her viewing me as more than just a pay day and it helped ease the stress. Lisa used to be a prosecution lawyer, and she used that expertise, resources, and connections to find information and put pressure on the case. Ultimately the case was dismissed. It was a very stressful time in my life. However, Lisa worked very hard and helped get the case dismissed ASAP. She is a very busy woman with a radio show on 700 WLW, and other cases going on (as evident by the paperwork in her office). However, there is a reason for that. It is because she is the best lawyer around. Even with that workload she responds fast, works hard, and gets things done. It was the best decision choosing her as my lawyer. I would recommend Lisa to anyone and I will recommend her to anyone that needs a lawyer.

I was listening to Lisa Wells on 700 WL W before the holiday season. Talking about law-enforcement cracking down on DU I drivers. Her recommendation said to tell the policeman with all due respect sir I don't want to say or do anything without contacting my attorney. That stuck in my mind. I got pull...ed over after having a couple of beers and did exactly what she said and refused to take the breathalyzer test. Then I was charged with DUI. I thought my world was over because I have a class a CDL with hazardous material endorsement. after our fourth court appearance the judge declared a mistrial. And I was charged with disobeying a traffic signal. My license were reinstated along with my CDL. I couldn't believe just what happened in court. I had been thinking of losing my job, higher insurance rates and everything that comes along with having a DUI. It's saved me from a lot of embarrassment for I am a 58-year-old well respected churchgoing Man. Lisa treated me with the utmost respect and I would recommend her to anyone.

I am writing my review anonymously due to the fact it involves my son who is a minor. I never thought that I would ever need an attorney for my juvenile son, but when the police show up at your house everything changes. My son was charged with importuning for sexting in Butler County. Which is ...a 2nd Degree Felony. So I started looking for one. I had heard Lisa on 700WLW and she sounded like she was an aggressive attorney and a woman that could get things done. I was so glad I called and I was right. She is an aggressive attorney and she got the job done. Ms. Wells did a great job for my son. She was on top of the case from beginning to end.
