I grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio. I went to the University of Kentucky and the University of Dayton School of Law. The people on both sides of the Ohio river in Kentucky and Ohio will always be my people. Greater Cincinnati is my home.

After finishing school, I moved back to Cincinnati with my wife to raise our 3 children. I don't want to live or raise my children in a world where law enforcement, the government, or large corporations have unrestricted authority and control over the lives and futures of the average person, especially when their decisions are based on assumptions, speculation, inconsistent discretion, or some ulterior motive instead of solid evidence, justice, and humanity.

One of The Best!!

This lawyer does his job from the heart and not the money, there is not too many out there you can say that about. He was able to get my Felony and misdemeanor charges dropped, leaving me with my rights to the second amendment.

Greatest result.

Happy client

Ameer is a man to go to, he took his time in my case and did a great job a lessing my case, i wasn't happy about my results but hell we have to learn from the actions we choose. So if someone needed a Lawyer i was consider Ameer.

AMAZING LAWYER....MUST HAVE THIS LAWYER!!!!!

Let me just say that Ameer is AMAZING!!!!! I'd still be in trouble if it wasn't for him....i was amazed that he got my felonies dropped down 2 a misdemeanor and i was out of jail. I didn't think i was getting out. But i was really at the wrong place at the wrong time and the kenton county cops did lie and Ameer did his job and beyond to get my charges dropped. I honestly don't know what i would've done without him. He is so nice and very confident and works his butt off 4 u. So if u need a lawyer i would definitely pick Ameer without hesitation. I'm living proof that Ameer is the best lawyer can get. He researches every thing and he goes in that courtroom and fights for you like your his own child. Hes very understanding...he makes everything clear enough where you know exactly whats gonna happen before you go in the courtroom. I honestly don't think Ameer can lose a case even on his worst day. I'm telling everyone you will regret not getting Ameer if you don't pick him for your attorney and thats a guarantee. I love Ameer and hes very handsome and charming but he's also married...but anyways I'm just saying I'm glad he was my attorney and if you ever have any questions he always answers his phone. Excellent Lawyer who really works to get you the best possible outcome.

Ameer is an excellent Lawyer who you will always feel comfortable with. He continually will work to try and get you the best possible outcome available . He really helped me out and was able to reduce the amount of time I received by getting one charge dropped from a Felony down to a Misdemeanor.

Amazing and Genuine Lawyer!

I hired Ameer to handle a sexual allegation that was made against me. Ameer explored every possible route to try to get to the truth. Ultimately the charges were dropped to disorderly conduct making unreasonable noise in which I only had to pay a fine. I was told that it is rare for the courts to drop such an allegation to a disorderly conduct. Ameer was always available when I needed him, answered any questions that I had, and made me feel comfortable. Not only is he a great lawyer but an overall good person. I gained a friend. Straight up NO B.S..

If I could give more stars I would!!!

Ameer got me out of so much trouble it's not even funny. I was facing drug charges; driving under suspension charges, wrecking into an officer, & child endangerment charges & he got every bit wiped out. If I were to have any of that on my record it would have been very hard to do anything I want in life, but because of him I'm not only free, but I don't have any of this on my record for the rest of my life. So grateful that I had him represent me! Couldn't have asked for a better lawyer; thank you fool!!!

Amazing lawyer!!

Ameer is an amazing lawyer!!! I was being charged with 4 felonies. 2 being felonious assault. I was attacked and defending myself. The court didn't see it that way. I was arrested and ended up sitting in jail close to 5 months. I was looking at prison time before hiring Ameer. He went out and found video and witnesses to prove my case. He showed that the police were holding evidence and violated my rights. He had me released from jail on a motion hearing!! We were told by my first judge that there is no way that this would be dropped down to a misdemeanor! I ended up walking away with a simple assault misdemeanor. Ameer worked and fought for my freedom! He treated me like a friend and made sure he kept me inform on everything that was happening to me. I'm so thankful for him. He is great lawyer!!

Very professional

HONESTY

I made yet another terrible decision and found myself in a jail cell with a "huge" felony. Due to my terrible choices I found myself looking at some very serious consequences. Ameer, was my attorney and met with me promptly answering ALL my questions without hesitatio. He kept me informed and thru out the entire process he assured me that he cared and I was not just "another" case. I don't know about you, but I want someone defending me that CARES and works hard to be "fair". You see I clearly understand that if you break the law you WILL pay consequences. His knowledge, heart, value, and morals on truly involved in every case HE takes. He is genuine and sincere when he speak to you. Confident, Knowledgeable, Caring and Trustworthy

If you find yourself needing an attorney you will find none better than Ameer. My story begins two years ago when my friend was charged with "engaging in organized crime" and her 3rd felony (PFO). She was facing 25 years to life. At the end of it she plead guilty to a misdemeanor and spent 4 months in jail. No doubt in my mind that God sent her Ameer. He told her the facts and what she was facing but he assured her he was going to do all he could and he did just that and more. He was honest, he was available to discuss and plan, he was calm and confident and he truly cared. Despite my friends obtacles he saw the person and fought for her. He was dedicated to the case. And he worked until the best deal was arranged. He not only was her attorney he became like a friend who you could trust and count on. It wasn't about financial gain it was about what he could do for her because it was about justice being accomplished fairly. If I ever need an attorney Ameer is my one and only call.

Best Lawyer

Ameer is an outstanding lawyer! I was facing 2 felony criminal possession of a forged instrument charges with a penalty of 1-5 yrs each. By the time Ameer was done I ended up with 2 forgery in the 3rd degree misdemeanor charges an90 days discharged as long as i dont get into trouble for 2 years. a big difference from what i was looking at! Mr, Mabjish was my lawyer for my case a few months ago. I was really scared as to what was going to happen with me. He was awesome by putting my mind at ease by letting me know all of my rights, letting me know what was going to happen at each and every court date and what the outcome was going to be. He may be young, but he knows his stuff and is very respectful. I would recommend him to anyone. If you are in some trouble, he is the person I would want to represent me!
