In 2015, I was a local tri-state Police Officer when I found myself in a bad situation off duty. I was enjoying a night out with friends listening to some local music at a northern Kentucky country music venue. After I was able to get away from the man and attempt to leave, the Police arrived. While I was attempting to leave, without any warning, the responding Police Officer tackled me from behind causing my head to slam into a brick wall resulting in a concussion, spinal injury, and loss of consciousness I was arrested for A.I. , D.C. and Resisting Arrest. My 22 year old son was facing charges of 4-20 years in prison for a sexual internet crime of possessing 4 photos and sending one of a minor girl. We had gone to a very well known and respected attorney in Florence who did nothing to help our son.
