Frank is absolutely amazing.
I can not say enough great things about Frank and his staff. Frank helped us when we felt we were defeated. He said he would work hard for us and he did. He is a man of integrity and will do everything he can to get you the results you need.

Neutral - considering his office decline my case.
I had called about getting representation and left my name and number. I waited over a week and hear nothing further. I then called again with further details and though I appreciated their sympathy was told they would get back with me and another week+ followed with no reply. I called a 3rd time ...

Replied last January 23, 2015This is also not fair. We sent this person a letter declining their case in a timely fashion. There is nothing I can do about a person who does not go to their mailbox on a regular basis. We did NOT leave this person hanging, but instead we evaluated their case, decided it was not a case, and then we wrote them to let them know.

Replied last January 23, 2015This is a TOTALLY unfair attack, posted by an angry client who wanted more money than his case was worth. THAT is the TRUTH. I'm not standing by and getting smeared for no good reason. The internet allows greedy cowards to smear people anonymously, and I am not standing by and taking it. We worked HARD for this client for well over a year, and I personally worked on his case the entire time through. I cannot do 100% of the work on any one case, but he had top notch professional work done on his case the entire time. And mind you: This man appeared totally happy with our representation until we got to mediation, and he had SKY-HIGH expectations for money. His case was settled for a very fair amount, and he was greedy and want a huge amount of money, and his case was not worth it, and so now he is angry with me and trying to damage my reputation. His review is TOTALLY unfair and he has ZERO basis for complaining. The fact of the matter is that with the internet nowadays, unhappy, angry people can say whatever they want about anyone, anytime, and they can do it anonymously--and it's very damaging and hurtful and upsetting and it's not fair. And I am not standing by and taking it when I don't deserve it. I have THOUSANDS--repeat that, THOUSANDS of satisfied clients dating back from 1997, and if anyone would like to read some reviews, I can provide those to you. Thank you, Frank Jenkins
