Disability case

Frank Jenkins is awesome!!! He the best lawyer around!! He helped me with my disability case and I have so many issues that I got it on the sec time.. I didn’t even have to go to court. But frank Jenkins helped me every step of the way! Staff was great! My case worker Silva was super nice! I recomme...nd frank Jenkins for all your needs! He is not very expensive! This is something anyone could afford! He fights for the people, not ever law firm is like that! Great job Frank and staff! Keep up the excellent work!

Can not believe they represent me

Work for me for over one year, finally got the money. I never saw Mr. Frank Jenkins, only saw 3 different newbie attorneys who they hired by hour from outside when needed. In final mediation, before talking to other side, Frank's assitant and newbie attorney told me I would got at least $20k since a...ll evidence are good to me. Then other side give number $12k. What make me supprise is Frank's assitant and newbie attorney started to push me to accept the offer. They said if I did not accdept it and goto the court, I would get nothing. They totally help meditator and other side. When I asked them about $20k which they told me one hour ago, they said that is max amount. The contract between Frank attorney and I shows the fee they will charge is 33% of settlement amount. But finally, they add a big amount of document fee above 33%. I finall got 55%, they got 45%. So, be caution to this law office.

This is a TOTALLY unfair attack, posted by an angry client who wanted more money than his case was worth. THAT is the TRUTH. I'm not standing by and getting smeared for no good reason. The internet allows greedy cowards to smear people anonymously, and I am not standing by and taking it. We worked HARD for this client for well over a year, and I personally worked on his case the entire time through. I cannot do 100% of the work on any one case, but he had top notch professional work done on his case the entire time. And mind you: This man appeared totally happy with our representation until we got to mediation, and he had SKY-HIGH expectations for money. His case was settled for a very fair amount, and he was greedy and want a huge amount of money, and his case was not worth it, and so now he is angry with me and trying to damage my reputation. His review is TOTALLY unfair and he has ZERO basis for complaining. The fact of the matter is that with the internet nowadays, unhappy, angry people can say whatever they want about anyone, anytime, and they can do it anonymously--and it's very damaging and hurtful and upsetting and it's not fair. And I am not standing by and taking it when I don't deserve it. I have THOUSANDS--repeat that, THOUSANDS of satisfied clients dating back from 1997, and if anyone would like to read some reviews, I can provide those to you. Thank you, Frank Jenkins

Work-related automobile accident

I was in a car wreck while driving on the job. I didn't know what I was going to do. I called the Frank Jenkins Law Office and I am very glad I did. Not only did they settle my car wreck case and got me what my claim was worth, but they settled my worker's compensation case, and got me even more mone...y. Car wreck victim

After my car wreck, I was told by other attorneys that with my insurance situation and huge medical bills, that I may not get any compensation for my injuries. But Frank took my case, and he was able to negotiate my medical bills down and get me a large settlement as compensation. He took care of me,... and I highly recommend his firm.

Auto wreck

When I was injured in a car wreck, I wasn't sure if I would get any compensation because of past injuries. But Frank and his law team took my case and got me a settlement for my injuries that I believe was fair. They got it done faster than I thought it would take, and I was able to move past the ac...cident.
