Frank McGinnis Jenkins III

Work for me for over one year, finally got the money. I never saw Mr. Frank Jenkins, only saw 3 different newbie attorneys who they hired by hour from outside when needed. In final mediation, before talking to other side, Frank's assitant and newbie attorney told me I would got at least $20k since a...ll evidence are good to me. Then other side give number $12k. What make me supprise is Frank's assitant and newbie attorney started to push me to accept the offer. They said if I did not accdept it and goto the court, I would get nothing. They totally help meditator and other side. When I asked them about $20k which they told me one hour ago, they said that is max amount. The contract between Frank attorney and I shows the fee they will charge is 33% of settlement amount. But finally, they add a big amount of document fee above 33%. I finall got 55%, they got 45%. So, be caution to this law office.

They were excited and energetic when I hired them. They promised open communication but that was not the case for me. Not one time did I call this office and speak to Frank Jenkins or his paralegal they were always busy and would return my call. It rarely happened. Often the receptionist was uncari...ng and did not know where or what was going on with the staff. I was told on one occasion when I visited the office Mr. Jenkins was not there and I could hear him talking minutes later upstairs. I was very unsatisfied with the professionalism of this firm. When I tried to inform them of my complaints it feel on deaf ears. The promise of open communication just is not what they do. I could and would not recommend mr. Frank Jenkins to anyone for any legal matter.
