Now with offices in Omaha & Lincoln, my firm has helped thousands of Nebraskans with work and personal injury claims since we opened our doors in 1992. We've helped many families with the tragedy of wrongful death claims and other life altering injuries. I have a special interest in helping first responders and their families deal with injuries on and off the job and deal with the stressors and challenges that a job as a first responder includes.

Auto accident
Contacted Michael regarding injuries from an auto accident. During our initial consultation Michael was empathetic and caring. I found that Michael was very frank and honest about my case and what the outcome could be. Throughout the claim process Michael made sure I was informed about the activity and what the next step would be. The outcome and time frame of the case were within the initial estimate Michael had made. It is never fun to be in an accident, let alone suffer an injury, but Michael made the process easy to understand and helped me maneuver to a fair settlement.

Professional work
Dyer law is very professional and trust worthy firm. From the moment I called till the day of the settlement I never worried at all about being properly represented in my law suit. Mike is personable and patient. He listened to me and understood my story. He researched the case very well and got a fair "awesome" settlement.
