Because of Brad's experience, my Expungment process was one of the easiest things I've ever had. We spoke on the phone several times, he was easy to reach and always made sure I understood the Expungment process. It was handled in a very reasonable time frame, I would and already have recommended him to others in need of his services.

An unfortunate mistake I made as a teenager was complicating the process of getting state licensure upon completing professional school. I found the Unconvicted website online. The web application was extremely user friendly and I was contacted within a few hours with the good news that Mr. Clark believed he could help. He is an excellent attorney who is honest, professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I have trusted him enough to refer personal friends in similar situations & we have all been fortunate enough to acquire licensure in our respective fields as a result of the process.

Brad Clark cleared my 33 year old felony conviction in 9 weeks. He is passionate, professional and results oriented. I spoke with Brad one time by telephone before hiring him and then met with him personally at his office in Lexington, KY. He knows HB40 and the law inside out and does exactly what he says he will do. Brad truly is the "best of the best"!! I'm forever grateful.

I called Mr. Clark as a parent of a teenager who made his first mistake in college as a freshman. Needless to say, I was frantic and didn't know what to do, so Mr. Clark in a very calm voice said, "I make your problem my problem until the problem is resolved." Once he said that, I calmed down and realized that we were in good hands because Mr. Clark was going to do everything within his power and expertise to obtain the best results for our family. We hired Mr. Clark that day and our fears and worries subsided. Our case has since been successfully resolved.
From the beginning, Mr. Clark was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process. He knows the system and he has extensive experience working with the prosecutors and judges in the system.
If your family gets into a similar situation with your college student who made a bad decision as our family did, please do not hesitate to call Bradley Clark. To quote Mr. Clark, " I've always believed that every person is better than the worst decision they've ever made," and he truly believes that and embodies it in every case.

I am Steve. I am 46 years old. In 1993 my wife and I walked into the now defunct McAlpins store. She walked out with a ladies leather jacket. I refused to walk out the door with her because I did not want to be a part of that nonsense. I walked out a different door. We both were arrested and charged with a felony shoplifting. When we went to court I was offered a misdemeanor plea deal. I declined. So both of our cases were waived to the grand jury. I was given a felony which I plead guilty to and received a one year sentence. I was told that if I did not plead guilty my wife couldn't plead guilty to a misdemeanor. My wife begged and pleaded with me to take the felony so she could plead guilty to the misdemeanor. About 10 years ago I went to school to be a radiologist because the school told me it was no problem since it was so long ago. Well when I went to take the test for my license it was denied because I am a felon. So there went 20k in school loans that I am responsible for. The worst part is not the fact that the felony hurt me... It hurt my daughter. I was unable to provide for her as well as I could have. I had SOLE custody of her from the time she was 6 months old. She is 21 now. She was punished because of something I literally did not do. But now thanks to Bradley Clark at Unconvicted.com my felony is expunged. When I received the paperwork that the expungement had been granted I broke down in tears. This has been a thorn in my side for almost my whole adult life. He was absolutely amazing to have him as my attorney. He was easily accessible. He was very prompt with getting back to me when I had questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about what was going to happen and what was happening... especially for something that was brand new in Kentucky. And most important HE GOT THE JOB DONE. I can not even to begin to express how grateful I am. There are no words big enough to express how life changing this is for me.

Attorney Brad Clark did a thorough and complete job in handling my Kentucky felony expungement case. He has a excellent website that answered many of my original questions and when I made the decision to file for my expungement he invited me to his office in downtown Lexington and we had a 45 minute to 1hr face-to-face conversation concerning the process of my case. I left there feeling he had explained and answered all relevant questions. I also feel his fees were very satisfactory. Overall I highly recommend attorney Clark, he seems to genuinely care about what he's doing and the clients he represents. Oh and I won my expungement case as well so alls well that ends well as they say! I owe him a BIG thanks!

Brad not only gave my case the attention it needed, he won the case which restored my rights and gave back my long awaited life as a non-criminal. If you have a class D felony in the state of KY, House Bill 40 now allows your record to be completely expunged if certain criterion are met. Brad Clark sped my case through the process and had my record cleaned in no time while treating me with respect and leaving me with my dignity.
Thanks again Brad Clark - Hopefully attorneys like you flourish in the years to come.

I have been waiting for more than 2 decades for an expungement law in Kentucky. My first cousin had alerted me to the legislation more than three years ago and it has finally been passed and signed into law. It makes perfect sense to have an attorney represent you in matters of this importance because you never know if there will have to be motions filed or other obstacles that come up unexpectedly. Its always best to have representation.
Along the way, I noticed that Brad Clark and his law firm were mentioned time and again. I even read the articles on USA Today, The Wallstreet Journal as well as the Courier Journal and was impressed with Mr. Clark in every way. I knew I had to have him and his firm to represent me in my application for expungement.
I took the online assessment, filled out the necessary papers and sent them in. Mr. Clark kept in touch concerning the status and progress of my case and I felt at ease that I had him as my lawyer. He's the kind of attorney that gives lawyers a good name.
Two months later, I got a phone call with the best news I have received in more than 20 years: "Congratulations! You've been unconvicted!"

Brad represented me in my expungement process. He traveled to me in Louisville though his office is in Lexington. Very upfront about his fee, no hidden costs. Kept me updated through entire process from when he filed paperwork until the results of the hearing. Very happy with my experience having Mr. Clark represent me.
