I've defended and won criminal cases from misdemeanors to murder, and I'm ready to fight for you.
Your case matters.
From the minute you are under investigation for a crime your freedom and your future is on the line. Our government has overstepped its bounds: too many crimes carry far too stiff of penalties. Good people are in jails and forced out of the job market permanently because of minor mistakes made in their past. You can't afford to end up in jail. Court fines and costs are higher than they have ever been. Even minor traffic violations can cost you your license and your job.
My entire career has been dedicated to defending the accused.
I have defended Kentuckians at every level from speeding tickets to murder and I've been successful every step of the way. Prior to founding Clark Law PLLC I was appointed as one of five full-time Capital Defenders for the Eastern half of Kentucky. As a capital defender I trained under some of the nation's top defense attorneys including Barry Scheck and Gerry Spence. I have lectured statewide on the topics of DNA, Forensic Evidence, and Storytelling. I want to bring this experience to defending you.
Our firm doesn't handle car accidents or divorces or wills. We offer boutique, personal criminal defense, DUI and expungement services for people like you. Our firm doesn't have a fancy office with marble floors or a fountain. We actually aren't in the office all that much anyway because we are fighting in court, interviewing witnesses, and visiting our clients. Our firm doesn't make crazy guarantees about results because every case, your case, is different.
But what we can guarantee you is that we will take your problem and treat it like it was our own. That you will rest assured knowing that your case is being handled as well as we know how. That you can get the peace of mind to go on living your life while we present your case in a compelling, polished manner.
Whether you are looking at a simple speeding ticket or a capital murder we are ready to take your problem head-on. If you are charged with a crime or under investigation for one, contact my office today.

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
Years licensed, work experience, education
