I have defended Kentuckians at every level from speeding tickets to murder and I've been successful every step of the way. Prior to founding Clark Law PLLC I was appointed as one of five full-time Capital Defenders for the Eastern half of Kentucky. As a capital defender I trained under some of the nation's top defense attorneys including Barry Scheck and Gerry Spence. I have lectured statewide on the topics of DNA, Forensic Evidence, and Storytelling. I want to bring this experience to defending you.
Our firm doesn't handle car accidents or divorces or wills. We offer boutique, personal criminal defense, DUI and expungement services for people like you. Our firm doesn't have a fancy office with marble floors or a fountain. We actually aren't in the office all that much anyway because we are fighting in court, interviewing witnesses, and visiting our clients. Our firm doesn't make crazy guarantees about results because every case, your case, is different.
