Not expecting to have trouble with my expungement case, I did not have an attorney. After I found out the Commonwealth's Attorney was opposing my request Brad stepped in without hesitation and with full confidence that he could handle the situation. He argued the case to perfection and I won my expun...gement. It would be hard to articulate how grateful I am for Brad's help and what he accomplished for me. Hands down, one of the most sincere and knowledgeable attorney's I've ever met.

I have been hesitant to provide a negative review, but feel it’s necessary to hold Mr. Clark accountable for dropping the ball in our correspondence during the consultation stage. I was surprised when Mr Clark stopped all communication with me after Inquiring if the fee he quoted could be paid in t...hree payments every other week or net 45 days. We had corresponded several times up to that point, but that’s when it went sideways. When he didn’t respond, I took that as a ‘no’ and emailed him three more times and clarified that I was only inquiring about payment options and that I would gladly pay the fee up front if that was not acceptable and asked him to invoice me and I would promptly pay the full fee in advance so we could move forward. He never responded. I don’t want to be presumptuous as to why he stopped all communication, but a simple yes or no response would have been sufficient. It felt dismissive and left a bad impression. Regardless, he has the right to do so, however Its uncomfortable enough to decide to revisit a painful experience from 20 years ago and then have a lawyer stop communicating with you in the consultation stage after you inquire about payment options. It deflated my resolve to even want to do this, and It shook my confidence in him and it reaffirmed my personal feelings as to why I don’t trust lawyers and dread ever having to use one again.

Great attorney never met him face-to-face but he fought for me because he believed in me it took him a minute but he got it done, I had put him to work again if I needed him and I’ve reference him to anybody he blessed me, When most people wouldn’t I’m still having issues where I’m at because of th...e Issues that started in Kentucky and I wish I had him here thank you God bless him ,God keep him, God be with him at all times in any case they faces in Jesus name I pray !!!!!!!This started in Kentucky
