Biography
I am a Louisville, Kentucky employment and civil rights attorney and a founding member of the law firm of Abney Law Office, PLLC.
I handle a broad range of employment law and employment litigation matters throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. A native of southeastern Kentucky, I am a graduate of Centre College and the University of Louisville’s Louis D. Brandeis School of Law.
I have devoted my entire legal career to representing employees whose rights have been violated by their employers.

Validation of Workplace violence
Mr. Abney sat and listened completely to my story. He then told me that he believed me and was going to get justice for the acts of violence and failed protection from my company to protect me. He and Jerimiah were very knowledgeable and fearless. They comforted me and lead me through one of the dark...

Help with no hassle on a blind phone call

Appeals case
Mr. Abney was very helpful as this was my first time to hire a lawyer. He was very easy to talk to, knowledgeable about the kind of case I had and responded to emails in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him.
