also known as The Kemper Law Office
In 2006, I graduated at the top of my class and attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, I worked with the firm Robbins, Kelly Patterson, & Tucker, specializing in civil defense work. I also interned with the Honorable Steve Martin at the Ohio Court of Common Pleas.
After working as a judicial clerk in the U.S. Virgin Islands, I was drawn back to my beloved hometown of Louisville, KY. My heart was set on practicing the kind of law that truly makes a difference in the lives of everyday people. Despite my travels, I've never encountered a community as warm and kind-hearted as the one right here in Louisville, KY.
In 2013, I was honored to join the esteemed law firms of Coleman, Roles & Associates in Louisville, KY. My dedication and expertise were soon recognized, as I was named to the prestigious National Trial Lawyers, Top 40 Under 40 in 2015 and Top 10 Under 40 in 2016.
I founded Kemper Law Office in 2019. We are a full-service firm that can serve as a guidepost to all your legal needs. My practice has included personal injury, including slip and falls, auto accidents, wills & probate, speeding/traffic tickets, discrimination (wrongful termination), insurance bad faith claims, and dental malpractice. I am also know for high-profile lawsuits, receiving national media attention for cases against the Attorney General of Kentucky and the city of Louisville.
In sum, I want you to save my number in your phone as “my attorney.” When you need something, call or text me. If I can’t handle the case myself, I can find someone to help you.

Awesome lawyer! He was very forward in communication, extremely thorough, and he was able to resolve my traffic case! I was able to rest easy after I handed the case off to Mr. Kemper. Wonderful outcome given the traffic charge. Grateful for Mr. Kemper! Thank you!
