Biography
I am truly passionate about being a lawyer. I enjoy and value the trust that comes with the responsibility our clients give me as their lawyer. This passion allows me to fight hard in the courtroom as my clients advocate to ensure their rights are protected.
Regarding my background, I am originally from Atlanta, I have lived in Louisville for the last 25 years, of which the last 15 years I have been a sucessful trial attorney. Back in 2008, I was voted by the LBA as the "Frank Haddad Young Lawyer of the Year." Since then, I have won several Walker Advocacy awards for trial success and recently was selected as 2017 Top 100 Criminal Defense Attorneys in the united States. Additionally, I also take pride in having a great work ethic and valuing my clients. I practice in family and criminal court and I am familiar with procedures in both courtrooms. It is invaluable to have an attorney that understand how to handle cases in both courtrooms.
Before law school, I did not know very many attorneys and I do not come from a family of attorneys. I believe I can relate to all of my clients on a personal level since I have a very diverse background. At the Tibbs Law Office, our goal is to be very accessible and focus on client service. As the attorney, I am involved on every case that is in the office.

Very good at a decent price
