Was in a vehicle accident 02/2021 and was hit from the back. The gentleman admitted he was at fault and my shoulder is still messed up have completed therapy and they said the were waiting on medical records but medical facilities state they have sent them. Missed work and had to use paid leave. It’s... Oct and if all parties agree then why is it taking so long to settle. My Mercedes still isn’t driving right and been out of money fixing it so really getting frustrated

Number 25 months That's how long it's been since a lady name Carson so politely said sure we will help you. Well 25 months later only seen one doctor. My pain has changed my life my dignity is gone I am very depressed. I feel like no one at Richard Schwartz cares I am a number to everyone there. I re...ceived nothing no monthly checks nothing for gas only one doctor and some physical therapy that did nothing for my pain . I was a happily working 62yr old when I called. I am now a 64 yr old lady that can no longer work on a job. I have asked for some one to get me to the right doctor or just settle my case . I went back to work while on social security disability because everyone day cost of living increased so much. I love my job but unfortunately I was injured. Please Mr Schwartz will you look at my case I really need your help. Thanking you in advance. Number 25 months.

Everyone that I talked to this morning were informative and helpful. But Teresa stood far above. She was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all my concerns.
