They are quick at handling your case but do not expect a big payout!! Yeah they get your doctor bills paid but unless you want to wait some couple years you won’t get any money for your own pocket. I hired them after a collision that totaled my car out and gave me severe whiplash, all I got was docto...r bills paid and no car. Plus I was off work and didn’t get paid for that either. Was in a vehicle accident 02/2021 and was hit from the back. My pain has changed my life my dignity is gone I am very depressed. I feel like no one at Richard Schwartz cares I am a number to everyone there. I re...ceived nothing no monthly checks nothing for gas only one doctor and some physical therapy that did nothing for my pain . I was a happily working 62yr old when I called. I am now a 64 yr old lady that can no longer work on a job. I have asked for some one to get me to the right doctor or just settle my case . I went back to work while on social security disability because everyone day cost of living increased so much. I love my job but unfortunately I was injured.
