This is a lying law firm practice!Everything I have read before about them is true. You don’t receive a big settlement, and they get 40-42% of your settlement. They try to use manipulative ways in trying to make you think they’re doing the best for you. Itdoesn’t matter how many awards they have wo...n. They’re all tied in together and are CROOKS! You have to constantly call them in order to hear anything about your case. One thing though, you will never prosper being dishonest no matter how much you try to hide it! DON’T USE THIS FIRM!

We were in an Accident with a Semi Truck back in August 2023. It's now January 2024. We call weekly and no one answers. They told us they needed our medical records and we made sure they had them all including our tow bill. My husband's work truck was totalled so he is missing work and I lost my job ...because we are down to just my car. We call and finally get someone on the phone that says we need your records. We have informed them many times we have emailed them directly ourselves only for her to check her email and see them..Why am I paying 40% for them to handle my case if I'm having to tell them how and when to do THEIR job? The only thing that has been settled is paying our vehicle off because we were not at fault. Now I have the hospital and the Ambulance Company blowing my phone up wanting their money for their services. We're struggling because of this. We can't replace my husband's truck right now because we are now down to a 1 income household. This really bites

They are quick at handling your case but do not expect a big payout!! Yeah they get your doctor bills paid but unless you want to wait some couple years you won’t get any money for your own pocket. I hired them after a collision that totaled my car out and gave me severe whiplash, all I got was docto...r bills paid and no car. Plus I was off work and didn’t get paid for that either. Total case amounted to only $6000 and I should’ve got a lot more being that I wasn’t at fault

For the the percentage that they are taking out, I should not have to call them repeatedly and then run into receptionists that are always confused and consequently rude because they don't know what they're doing. Also, it's been 6 months already. In that time, I could have worked my own case, with m...y own demands and contacted the insurance company myself and not have had to give up such a huge percentage out of whatever my settlement is going to be. Every time I call there are no clear-cut answers just some general "well we're still working on the case, we'll get back to you" and one of the attorneys constantly tells me that it costs the insurance company money to have a case open so that's a good thing.To the contrary; that's not a good thing, because I need my settlement money too, as in right now. We all have bills so I suppose the only people that have been benefiting from this would be Richard Schwartz and Company in just sitting on my case. For those that say that litigation takes time, my case is a fairly straightforward one and so no, it should not have taken so long.
