Dont let the commercials or touted "give back to community" or Richard himself sway you. Do not use Junkin orSabrina, both are liars. All they ate interested in is getting you on hook for a contract then they ghost you. Everything done so far, not much, I could have done myself. Their inital promises... of "we can handle that" isnot true. I think they are in cohoots with insurance company. Lost my income, home an got stuck with unpaid bills thanks to them. They are a scam in an expensive suit.

I was referred to Alvin Armstread with Richard Schwartz last year 2024 due to the fact my vehicle was totaled by another vehicle passing while we was in the turning lane with our signal light on but the young lady lied to the police officer and we had witnessed but her insurance company denied our cl...aim but to sum it all we signed papers for them to take the case now about 5 months later they withdrawal from the case because they got a denial letter from her insurance company so if you don't have a big case where you're not seriously hurt they are most definitely not the ones. Didn't even try to fight for us

Strung my 79 year old mother out for a year, Got one phone call from firm after many to the firm. Finally they sent a demand letter to insurance company, Insurance refused to pay, Mother received letter that Schwartz no longer her attorney, That's REALLY fighting for the people in MS. Terribly disap...pointed!! Should have called Morgan and Morgan!

For the the percentage that they are taking out, I should not have to call them repeatedly and then run into receptionists that are always confused and consequently rude because they don't know what they're doing. Also, it's been 6 months already. In that time, I could have worked my own case, with m...y own demands and contacted the insurance company myself and not have had to give up such a huge percentage out of whatever my settlement is going to be. Every time I call there are no clear-cut answers just some general "well we're still working on the case, we'll get back to you" and one of the attorneys constantly tells me that it costs the insurance company money to have a case open so that's a good thing.To the contrary; that's not a good thing, because I need my settlement money too, as in right now. We all have bills so I suppose the only people that have been benefiting from this would be Richard Schwartz and Company in just sitting on my case. For those that say that litigation takes time, my case is a fairly straightforward one and so no, it should not have taken so long.
