My husband hired this law firm over four months ago for a job injury. No returned calls. No updates. Nothing. He is still hurt but can't even go to the doctor because the company he is suing won't approve it!! Have never heard of that before. Wish we had did more research before retaining this attorn...ey. Just very unprofessional. You call they are always out of the office. Why take a case if your not going to help? Having to go to work every day in pain. Your lawyer is suppose to fight for you not dodge you every time you turn around.

We were in an Accident with a Semi Truck back in August 2023. It's now January 2024. We call weekly and no one answers. They told us they needed our medical records and we made sure they had them all including our tow bill. My husband's work truck was totalled so he is missing work and I lost my job ...because we are down to just my car. We call and finally get someone on the phone that says we need your records. We have informed them many times we have emailed them directly ourselves only for her to check her email and see them..Why am I paying 40% for them to handle my case if I'm having to tell them how and when to do THEIR job? The only thing that has been settled is paying our vehicle off because we were not at fault. Now I have the hospital and the Ambulance Company blowing my phone up wanting their money for their services. We're struggling because of this. We can't replace my husband's truck right now because we are now down to a 1 income household. This really bites

They are quick at handling your case but do not expect a big payout!! Yeah they get your doctor bills paid but unless you want to wait some couple years you won’t get any money for your own pocket. I hired them after a collision that totaled my car out and gave me severe whiplash, all I got was docto...r bills paid and no car. Plus I was off work and didn’t get paid for that either. Total case amounted to only $6000 and I should’ve got a lot more being that I wasn’t at fault

After being broadsided by a man who ran a stop sign I sought help from this lawyer and lost everything. My car was totaled and I got nothing then was paid only $1000.00 for my pain and suffering and they said that they had to make an effort to give me that money. I'd just spent over $26,000.00 on the... last 1999 Camaro made. I still hurt and it's been a struggle.

Was in a vehicle accident 02/2021 and was hit from the back. The gentleman admitted he was at fault and my shoulder is still messed up have completed therapy and they said the were waiting on medical records but medical facilities state they have sent them. Missed work and had to use paid leave. It’s... Oct and if all parties agree then why is it taking so long to settle. My Mercedes still isn’t driving right and been out of money fixing it so really getting frustrated
