Richard Schwartz

I hired Richard Shwartz and associates the end of December 2019 for my daughter. They were nice and communicating well in the beginning but nowhere it is March 25, 2021. When I tell u I barely hear from my daughter lawyer I feel like I’m working for myself and when I call that’s the only time I hear ...front them. I really don’t understand I had high hopes and expectations for this law firm. I never thought I would be dealing with this none communication and moving really slow like my case doesn’t matter I should’ve went somewhere else.

My case has been open for almost two years.but my attorney ms.teresa has been very thorough and helpful..but I call them all the time and only get voicemail..I'm tired of leaving messages and emails with no respond..Mike traylor now has my case ..looking for payout or some kind of explanation..please... explain

I had my car wreck back in April 2019 it is now Oct 2019. I should have something by now. I have called and called and half of the time the case worker doesn't answer the phone and I have called more than 30 times I know b/c they don't answer. Also the told me at the end of July that they have reques...ted my medical records and it take 45 days to receive them so I said ok and I also gave them time. I didn't contact then at all to give them time so when I called it was after 45 days and they still needed some medical records so I took it among myself to fax them the ones they needed. I called back and she stated they had all the records they needed still nothing 3 weeks later not even a phone call with an update. So I called back and now the lady stated she need another medical record after she told me she had everything and she said she will give them a call to see if they sent it. 2 weeks later nothing not even an update. All I want is an update to keep me informed. My cousin had her wreck in July of 2019 and she got her money at the end of Sept 2019. Im still waiting on just an update. I am very furious.

In the beginning of the case my lawyer was very good about communicating towards the end there was very little communication. When the case was done due to me relocating out of state I had to have my check certified mail. Received a phone call stating my check was going to be mailed never was told ho...w or provided a tracking number. I understand the lawyer is busy but two three weeks without communication is ridiculous .
